At Youth Peace Talks Initiative (YPTI), our mission is to promote peace, stability, and social development in Africa by empowering and engaging young people. We believe in the transformative power of youth to drive positive change and create a more peaceful and inclusive society.

LE JOURNAL.AFRICA: As our flagship initiative, LE JOURNAL.AFRICA is a media platform dedicated to amplifying the voices of young Africans. We provide a space for diverse perspectives, impactful stories, and thought-provoking journalism. Through LE JOURNAL.AFRICA, we strive to inspire critical thinking, challenge stereotypes, and raise awareness about social issues affecting our continent.

Press Talent: Managed by LE JOURNAL.AFRICA, Press Talent is an annual competition designed to discover and nurture the journalistic talents of young individuals. It offers aspiring journalists a platform to showcase their skills and share their perspectives on important social issues. Through mentorship, workshops, and industry connections, we empower participants to become catalysts for change in the media industry.

PROPEACE: Our PROPEACE program focuses on empowering youth leaders for sustainable peace and democratic engagement. We equip young leaders with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to foster peace, resolve conflicts, and engage in democratic processes. By investing in the potential of young leaders, we aim to create a positive and lasting impact on communities affected by violence and unrest.

InfoxZero: Managed by LE JOURNAL.AFRICA, InfoxZero is an initiative aimed at combating misinformation and promoting media literacy. In a digital age where false information spreads rapidly, InfoxZero educates young people about the importance of critical thinking, fact-checking, and responsible consumption of media. By equipping youth with the skills to navigate the information landscape, we empower them to be discerning media consumers and active contributors to a more informed society.
